Accord
a client-pipeline CRM with a drag-and-drop deal board, customer profiles, tasks, team activity and projects across eight pages
Accord is an eight-page client-pipeline CRM template, shown as a fictional sales team and the companies it is working with. The pages are Customers, Dashboard, Tasks, Activity, Team, Projects, Settings and a sign-in screen, plus a profile for every customer and every teammate, switched from a sidebar whose highlight travels between links and that also lists the projects and the team; it becomes a slide-out menu on tablets and phones, and every screen is in the URL. Customers opens on a band with this week's new leads against last week as bars, a tick gauge that lights up to the win rate, open tasks and deposits received, then a board of four stages, Qualified, In talks, Proposal and Won, with a total per column. Drag a deal with the mouse, or press and hold it on a touchscreen, and it lifts and leans with your speed while the other cards slide apart; it can also be moved with the keyboard (Space, then the arrow keys) or from its menu, and every move offers undo. Clicking a card opens it dark in place to show the address, email and owner. Sort, filters (owner, project, next step), a Me toggle, a per-column reverse and the search box re-order or dim the board, and phones get a stage strip that jumps between columns. Add customer opens a checked form, and the new lead lifts today's bar. A customer profile has a clickable stage track, deal facts with the deposit received, owner and project pickers, the contact, notes, tasks, a timeline, log activity, mark as lost or restore, and delete with undo. The Dashboard counts up four figures with change chips and a quarterly target bar, draws revenue as an area chart that morphs between 6 and 12 months with a crosshair you can also move with the arrow keys, shows the pipeline by stage with a weighted forecast, tasks due soon, recent activity, a team leaderboard and project progress rings, and exports customers as CSV.
