A complete app for someone who owns and buys rental homes, in smoked glass with a dark and a light theme, and it comes with sample data and sample photos. Good for: a private landlord, a small property investor, a buy-to-let agency or any business that needs to track homes, rent, loans and new purchases in one place. How it works: the desk counts up what the homes are worth over a chart you switch between 6 months, 1 year and 2 years, lists what needs you today so you can remind a late tenant or mark their rent received and watch the month's total go up, and when you heart a listing, compare it and send an offer, the offer moves along a five-step track until the home joins your portfolio. Includes: a desk with value, rent, equity, occupancy and yield, loan repayments, value by city, your homes and your advisor; holdings as cards or a table with a detail panel for each home; a rent roll by unit and month; loans with a repayment chart and an overpayment planner; listings with filters, a shortlist, a side-by-side compare and offers; city price and yield charts and your own returns; mortgage, rental yield and rent-or-buy calculators; a chat with your advisor whose replies are sample answers matched to keywords, ready for your own service; settings for profile, notifications, appearance and data; and a help centre with a FAQ and a message form. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own property, listings or banking API in place of the sample data; the sidebar folds to icons, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop.

- v1.0.1, 2026-11-04 — Clearer glass, a bright active item, smooth tab switches. The dark glass is clearer: the room behind the panels sits deeper, the panes lift off it, and every grey label now reads at 4.8:1 or better. The active sidebar item is a solid orange pill with white text, like the active tab. Switching tabs inside a page keeps the title and tab bar still: the tab pill slides and only the content below changes.
