A complete app for running a music school day to day, with a dark and a light theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a music school, a dance or art studio, a tutoring centre or any business that books lessons into rooms, pays its teachers and keeps track of students. How it works: the overview shows tuition as columns split by private lessons, group courses, online lessons and exams that you switch between 12 months and 12 weeks and pick to break down, beside the week and today's lessons with a line for the time now, and in the room planner you drag a lesson to a new time or room, it snaps to the quarter hour, refuses a clash and offers Undo. Includes: an overview with tuition, students, enrolments, teaching hours, practice, rooms in use and things to settle; a room planner and a week view; teachers you sort and pay runs you review, approve and pay; a student directory, practice streaks and exam readiness, and enrolments you collect, retry or refund; a course catalogue, a curriculum builder and recitals with seats sold; tuition, practice and retention charts; discussions you reply in and announcements; a help centre with a searchable FAQ; and settings for the school, team and access, plan, appearance and data. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own booking, payments or student records in place of the sample data; the sidebar folds to icons, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop.
