A complete spend management app for a small production company, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a film, TV or events company, an agency or any small business that gives company cards to its team, a spend management or business banking product, or anyone who wants a full finance back office to start from. How it works: the overview shows all the cash across three accounts on one bar, the team's company cards fanned out like a hand of cards you pick from, freeze or re-limit, and money coming in above a line with money going out below it, by day, week, month or year, for one project or all of them; the navigation is one bar across the top with each section's pages as tabs under the page title. Includes: team and virtual cards with limits and spending rules; every payment by day with its receipt, a tray of receipts each offered the payment it matches, and out-of-pocket claims; an approvals queue; budgets per project and per department; bills to pay or schedule with a payment calendar and suppliers; three accounts you move money between, with an automatic sweep and the savings interest; a report builder with CSV export; team roles, settings, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own company's figures and connect your own bank, card provider and accounting service.
