A job desk app for a kitchen-fitting firm
A complete job management app for a small kitchen-fitting business, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a kitchen, bathroom or joinery fitter, any trade business that runs jobs through stages with crews on site, a field-service product, or anyone who wants a full back office to start from. How it works: the home page shows the job in focus on a five-part ring (survey, design, order, fit, sign-off) that fills as you tick that stage's checklist, and finishing a stage moves the job on and raises the invoice that belongs to it; the sidebar folds down to icons. Includes: a job board you drag across six columns and a list of every job; a site plan where you drag crew visits between days and crews or stretch them longer, and a month view; crews and hours; quotes that become jobs when accepted, invoices with a paid stamp and payments; purchase orders, workshop stock and suppliers; customers, a report builder, settings with CSV export, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own jobs and connect your own database or job system.
