A finance, payroll and people back office for a business with ticket sales, a bar and private hire, shown with sample data from an independent cinema with two sites. Good for: cinemas, theatres, music venues, clubs and other venues that sell tickets and drinks, pay hourly staff on a rota and sign contracts with suppliers. How it works: the home screen shows takings by stream, cash in the bank and what needs a decision, and every action you take there, such as approving a bill or marking an invoice paid, updates the rest of the app straight away. Includes: takings charts you switch between 7 days, 12 weeks and 12 months and click to break down, bank accounts and transfers, card payments you file in bulk, company cards you freeze or limit, budgets, invoices with a PAID stamp, bills to approve and pay, a VAT return, a weekly rota you drag shifts across, time off with approvals, a pay run you approve and pay, past payslips, a staff directory, an org chart, a hiring board you drag candidates across, contracts with renewals, a ticket-split calculator, contracts you send and countersign, a licence tracker, an inbox, a calendar, a report builder with CSV export, settings, help, search across everything, a sidebar that folds into a slim icon bar, light and dark mode, phone, tablet and desktop. How to use: it runs on sample data saved in the browser with no backend, so connect your own bank feeds, payroll and server. Built with React, TypeScript and GSAP.
