A complete app for running one family house, with a dark and a light theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a smart-home or home-automation product, a heating, solar or energy company that wants an app for its customers, a security or alarm installer, or anyone building a dashboard for a house full of devices. How it works: the home page shows both floors of the house as a floor plan with walls, doors, windows and furniture, every room glows where a lamp is on, and tapping a lamp on the plan switches it while the power figure and the counts update with it; the heating is a ruler you drag to set the temperature. Includes: a home page with scenes, the weather, the heating, power against the hourly electricity price and the front door camera; rooms as a full-size plan and as cards; a thermostat with modes and a boost, a week heating plan you paint, and air quality per room; energy use by hour, day and month, car charging in the cheapest hours, solar and battery, and bills; four cameras, an alarm armed with a PIN, doors, sensors and an activity log; routines and scenes; a device list with a pairing flow; family members and guest door codes; settings and a help page. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser with a reset in settings, then connect your own devices, sensors and energy data in place of the sample data.
