A light, bento-grid home-goods store and its admin dashboard in one React app, with eight screens: home, shop with filters and search, product, checkout, sign-in, an account page that tracks orders, and the dashboard's overview and orders board. Products fly into the bag, images glide into their product pages, and the checkout places real orders. The dashboard shows them land live: KPIs that count up, a revenue chart with 7, 30 and 90-day ranges and a hover crosshair, a live order feed, inventory with low-stock alerts, and an orders board you move from paid to packing, shipped and delivered. Sign in with email, Google or a one-click demo admin; checkout, account and the dashboard are protected routes. It runs in demo mode with no setup: accounts live in the browser, about 2,000 sample orders are seeded and simulated shoppers place new ones, which is how the live preview works (choose Continue as demo admin to open the dashboard). Add your Firebase keys and it switches to real Firebase Auth and Firestore; the security rules, the index and a step-by-step FIREBASE.md are included. Payments are not included: the checkout takes the order without card details, so connect Stripe or another provider before you sell. Fully responsive, with a sticky add-to-bag bar on phones, and it respects reduced motion. Built with React 19, Tailwind CSS v4, Motion and Firebase.
