A money, people and paperwork back office with a cash forecast
A back office for a small studio, shown with sample data from a landscape architecture practice. Good for: owners, office managers and bookkeepers who look after cash, bills, payroll, staff and contracts in one place. How it works: the overview shows money in and out by month with the bank balance over it, and four what-if switches change the next three months of the forecast while the figures update; new card charges wait in a pile until you drag each one into its category or tap the suggested one. Includes: invoices with an overdue filter and a paid stamp, bills you approve and pay, profit and loss, three bank accounts with transfers and statements, company cards you can freeze or give a limit, company filings and deadlines, a four-step pay run, time off, a timesheet heatmap, a staff directory, a hiring board you drag candidates across, an org chart, contracts with signatures and a term map, contract templates, settings, help, search with ⌘K, light and dark mode, phone, tablet and desktop. How to use: it runs on sample data with no backend and the suggested categories come from earlier filings in that sample data, so add your own data and server. Built with React, TypeScript and GSAP.
