How it works: the main chart races today's running counter takings against the same day last week and the day's target, and reshapes itself when you pick one shop; collect orders move from new to packing, ready and collected; and you drag cake orders across a board from ordered to collected. Includes: an overview with the day in one sentence, takings over 7, 30 or 90 days against the period before, what is next today, shops ranked and what needs a decision; today's sales with a live till list, the mix by channel and category, best sellers and what has sold out; trends with a busy-hours heatmap and takings by weekday; every shop side by side; click and collect orders; a cake board; the wholesale delivery round with standing orders; products with price, cost and margin and a switch to take one off the menu; categories; tomorrow's bake plan with suggested quantities; regulars with stamp cards and loyalty tiers; trade accounts; card payouts, invoices you mark paid and refunds you approve or decline; a report builder you can save with CSV export; and settings for the business, team, theme, alerts and data. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser with no backend, then connect your own till, online orders and server; the sections sit in one top bar with each one's pages beneath, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop with a bottom tab bar on phones.
