Mender
a customer-support dashboard for help-desk teams, with a drag-and-drop case pipeline, case journeys and live insights
Mender is a customer-support dashboard template for teams that handle client cases: a help desk, a customer-success team, an agency's support line or a SaaS product's support inbox. Case pipeline: drag cases between New, Working, Waiting on client and Resolved with the mouse or a long press, with undo on every move, and a case that runs past its time allowance is marked Late on its own. New case: a sheet with name and client (checked before it saves), owner and team pickers with avatars, a budget slider and a description; the same sheet edits any case. Case journeys: every case walks four stages and eighteen steps; drag a teammate onto a step to assign it, tick steps done, and finishing the last one resolves the case. Insights: open cases, cases opened today, the share inside the SLA and hours on open cases, an opened-vs-resolved chart for 14 or 30 days, each person's workload and every team's cases by stage. Also included: search, recent activity, CSV export, keyboard shortcuts, light and dark themes, and layouts for phones, tablets and desktops. Your data: everything is sample data in src/data.ts and src/store.ts with no backend, so you connect your own API or help-desk tool there; until then edits are kept in the browser. Built with: TypeScript, HTML and CSS plus GSAP, with Vite included; avatars, charts and icons are SVG drawn in code, so there are no images to replace.

Version history
- v1.0.1, 2026-10-16 — Fits small phones. On phones the case tabs fit: In progress shows as Active on narrow screens, and every tab label fits down to 320px. Search opens as a full-width bar in place of the section tabs. Case cards give their titles more room, the suggested-knowledge table keeps the article, match and status columns, and the steps-by-state bubbles stay on screen. Tablets and desktops are unchanged.
- v1.0.0, 2026-10-16 — First release. Mender shipped, with the reel recorded from the real page.
