A care desk for a vet clinic, with a live ward round
A complete care desk app for a small-animal vet clinic, in black and white with colour only where something needs attention, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data for a made-up vet hospital with four rooms and a ten-kennel ward. Good for: a vet or animal clinic, a pet hospital or boarding kennels, any clinic that books visits and cares for patients through the day, or any project that needs a calm, polished place to run the day's care. How it works: the home page shows the ward round, one row per patient across the day with every dose, drip, meal, check and walk as a chip you tick when it is done or drag to another time, and overdue ones are marked in red; every action you take moves the counts and figures across the app. Includes: who is next through the door, with check in, call through and finish; doses on time over a week, month or year; a diary of four rooms you drag visits between; patients with a record per pet, with weight, vaccines and prescriptions; a ward board with discharge; vaccine reminders; owner messages; a team rota and workload; pharmacy stock with prescriptions and supplier orders; guides, plans, settings and help. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser with a reset in Settings, then connect your own clinic data, since there is no backend; the icon bar opens a menu per section and pins open into a full sidebar, Cmd+K searches patients, owners and medicines, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop with a bottom tab bar on phones.
