A complete training and club app for runners, with a dark and a light theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a running club, a coach or training group, a fitness or race-training product, or anyone who wants a full training app to start from. How it works: the home page draws a twelve-week half-marathon plan as a running track, with you and every friend on the same plan placed where your kilometres have taken you, and logging a run moves you along it; the plan itself is a week-by-week grid where you drag a session to another day, with undo and keyboard moves too. Includes: today's session, this week and tiles for distance, pace, level and streak; races with a countdown and a pace plan whose splits update as you drag the goal time; a run log with splits, routes over a height profile you can scrub, and personal records; a club leaderboard, members and challenges; a club feed with likes and replies; badges and levels; insights for distance, time, pace, climbing and heart rate over 8, 12 or 26 weeks with CSV export; settings, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own runners and plans and connect your own database or watch and fitness service.
