A visitor desk app for a museum or gallery
A complete visitor management app for a museum or gallery, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data for a made-up museum with two floors and ten rooms. Good for: a museum, gallery, heritage site or visitor attraction, a front-of-house or duty manager's screen, or any project that needs a polished place to run the visitor side of a venue. How it works: the overview draws both floors with every room tinted by how full it is and a dot for every three visitors, the dots walk between rooms as the counts change and come and go through the front door, a scrubber replays the day from opening, and clicking a room opens it in a panel where you can hold entry or send a steward. Includes: an overview with today's figures, income by stream, the shows, where visitors come from, the day's programme and recent reviews; visitors with the live floor by room, footfall against a year ago and visitor origins; tickets with sales and refunds, timed entry slots, prices and a sale form; exhibitions on a season strip with stage checklists; events with a month calendar and school group requests to answer; a staff rota you drag between rooms, staff and volunteers; members with renewals and giving with an appeal; feedback with replies; a report builder whose chart switches between measures and exports CSV; settings; and help. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own ticketing and door-counter data, since there is no backend; the sidebar folds into an icon rail, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop with a bottom tab bar on phones.
