How it works: the overview shows web visits rising above a line and people walking through the shop doors hanging below it, by the hour today or by the day over 14 or 30 days, beside the day's key figures and who is on the site right now; the navigation is one bar across the top with each section's pages on a row beneath. Includes: traffic by source with a table you can re-sort, the pages people read, a live view and the shop door counts with a busy-hours heatmap; web orders you move from picking to packed to shipped, returns and online against the shops; every record across three locations, restock orders and pre-orders; customers, segments and wantlists; a two-pane inbox, a report builder with CSV export, settings, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own shop's figures and connect your own store and analytics service.
