A back office for a small business with several sites, shown with sample data from a group of climbing gyms. Good for: owners, office managers and bookkeepers who look after money, payroll, staff and contracts in one place. How it works: card charges that still need a category wait in a stack, and you drag each one into its category or take the suggested one, and ticking "always" files every charge from that shop the same way. Includes: an overview with cash across four bank accounts, money in and out by month and a month-end checklist, transactions, company cards you can freeze, bills, invoices you send and mark paid, a ledger, profit and loss, tax filings, pay runs where you edit hours and approve, a weekly rota you drag shifts across, time off requests, a staff directory, a hiring board, onboarding checklists, contracts you sign with a drawn signature, settings, help, search with ⌘K, light and dark mode, phone, tablet and desktop. How to use: it runs on sample data with no backend and the suggested categories are part of that sample data, so add your own data, server and categoriser. Built with React, TypeScript and GSAP.
