Good for: a hotel group, restaurant, care home or any team with rotas who wants people, shifts, leave, pay and hiring in one place. How it works: the day's staffing is shown hour by hour by department, late and missing people are flagged with a chase button, leave, swaps and overtime wait in one approvals queue, and you drag shifts across the week rota with clash and leave checks. Includes: a today page with who is on now, approvals, attendance, headcount, hiring and starters; a people directory with profiles, an org chart and departments; a live floor board, the week rota and timesheets; leave requests, a calendar and balances; a monthly pay run with payslips you can print and pay history; reviews, goals and kudos; a hiring board you drag candidates across and open roles; onboarding checklists; people analytics; settings for company, roles, appearance and notifications; and a help centre with a FAQ and a question form. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own HR, payroll or time-clock API in place of the sample data; the sidebar folds to icons, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop.
