A complete production management app for a small theatre, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a theatre, an opera or dance company, a venue or events team, any crew that schedules people and rooms by the hour, or anyone who wants a full back office to start from. How it works: the run sheet puts every department's calls on one timeline that zooms between a day, a week and a season; drag a call to a new time and the calls that wait on it move along with it, stretch it by its edge to make it longer, and when two shows are booked into the same room at the same time it is marked as a clash, with undo. Includes: a home page with the whole day on one strip, what is on now and next and a countdown to the next opening night; the day by room and a printable call sheet; shows with a task board you drag cards across and budgets; crew, departments and who is free when; purchase and hire requests you approve, and suppliers; a shared drive for scripts, drawings and media; a report builder with CSV export, settings, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own shows, crew and rooms and connect your own database or booking system.
