A complete payments and money app for a small business, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a studio, agency or small company that pays the same suppliers, staff and taxes every month, a finance or accounts-payable product, or anyone who wants a full money back office to start from. How it works: the overview shows what you can spend, the balance over 30, 90 or 180 days and the payments waiting for your approval; the Autopay page draws the month ahead as a balance line that drops on every automatic payment and rises on every expected client payment, with a minimum-balance line, and you drag any payment to another day while the line redraws; when the month dips under the minimum it suggests the one payment to move. Includes: payment rules you set by day, amount and account and choose to pay automatically or ask first, a run calendar and payees; money in and out by month and a 13-week forecast with what-ifs; invoices with ageing and a printable copy you mark paid, and clients; the VAT return and every tax deadline; project budgets, a report builder with CSV export, accounts with a ledger, transfers and cards you can freeze; settings for the team and who can approve, help, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it, swap the sample data for your own figures and connect your own bank or accounting service.
