A complete work planner for a small team that makes podcasts, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a podcast or video studio, an agency or small creative team that plans its days around recordings and deadlines, a task or productivity product, or anyone who wants a full team planner to start from. How it works: the Today page lays your day out as a timeline of meetings and focus blocks, you drag a task from the not-planned tray onto the hours and the blocks after it move later, and one button fits the rest of your tasks into the free gaps; the sidebar opens each page and folds to a slim icon rail. Includes: the next event with a countdown, reviews you approve in place, episodes in production and monthly goals; a calendar with a week you drag events through, a month and an agenda; a task board you drag cards across, a list and finished work by week; insights by team with focus hours and a suggestion that evens out each team's load; files with sharing and templates, connected apps, a page per team, settings with quiet hours and a compact layout, help, a 25-minute focus timer, a sign-in screen and search for everything. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser with a reset in settings, then connect your own task, calendar and file services in place of the sample data; Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop.
