Tandem
a CRM sales workspace: a ranked queue, the lead, and the reasons behind its score
TANDEM is a CRM sales-workspace template for teams building a sales tool, laid out in three columns. The sidebar holds the queue views (Accelerator, Hot leads, Due today, Pinned, the four pipeline stages and Won) with live counts, a sliding highlight and a monthly target bar. The My Work queue groups leads by Today, This week and Earlier, re-sorts by score with a Flip animation, and searches by name, company or topic. The lead record shows a stage track where Advance runs a fill from Qualify through Develop and Propose to Close, and the last step marks the deal won. It also shows the next step of the lead's sequence with Call or Email and Mark complete, and a lead score drawn as a ring of ticks with the reasons that raise or lower it. Warm introductions can be requested in one click. The contact and company fields edit in place, save with Cmd or Ctrl+S, and validate the email. The Activity tab adds notes to the timeline, filters by calls, emails, meetings and notes, and searches. Completing a step, changing the stage and deleting a lead can each be undone from a toast. Pin, Export PDF (a print stylesheet) and a validated New lead dialog are included, and the selected lead lives in the URL. Arrow keys, /, N, C and ? are keyboard shortcuts. All leads are sample data in src/data.ts with no backend, and edits persist in localStorage. Light and dark themes are included, and the menu collapses to an icon rail. Under 1180px the menu becomes a drawer, phones get a queue screen and a lead screen, and reduced-motion settings are respected. One AI-generated portrait is included; everyone else is shown as initials. Plus Jakarta Sans loads from Google Fonts. Built with TypeScript, HTML and CSS plus GSAP, with Vite included.
