A complete crew HR and rostering app for a business that runs on shifts and departures, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data. Good for: a ferry or boat operator, a transport company, an airline ground team or any shift crew that needs people, watches, time off, pay and hiring in one place. How it works: every departure of the day sits on one timeline with the ones short of their minimum crew marked in red, you open one to see who is aboard by department and call someone off shift in, time off, swaps and overtime wait in one approvals queue, and you drag shifts across the week roster with clash and leave checks. Includes: an overview with the day's departures, your own shift clock with breaks, crew hours by department, approvals, top commended crew, a new joiner's checklist and overtime by month; a crew directory with profiles, a chain of command and departments; a live on-duty board, the week roster and timesheets; time-off requests, a calendar and balances; a monthly pay run with payslips you can print and pay history; reviews, goals and commendations; a hiring board you drag candidates across and open roles; onboarding checklists; crew insights; settings for company, roles, appearance and notifications; and a help centre with a FAQ and a question form. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own HR, payroll or scheduling API in place of the sample data; the icon rail opens each section's pages on hover and widens into a full sidebar, Cmd+K searches everything, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop.
