A work desk for a small translation studio
A complete work desk for a small translation or writing studio, with a light and a dark theme, and it comes with sample data for a made-up six-person translation studio. Good for: a translation agency, a copywriting or localisation team, a freelancer collective, or any project that needs a polished place to plan the week, track jobs and get paid. How it works: the week planner shows every work session as a block coloured by its client, which you drag to another day or hour (a shadow shows where it will land and a clash slides back), stretch by its edge, nudge with the arrow keys or add with a double-click; a studio timer in the sidebar logs the hours into a timesheet, and every job's estimate comes from the hours per 1,000 words set in Settings. Includes: an overview with the week's figures, what is up next and what is due; the planner by week and month and a time log; a job board you drag between stages, a full job list and the delivered archive; clients with their local time and a time-zone board showing when each one overlaps your day; team profiles and capacity with leave; invoices that get a PAID stamp, an editable rate card and expenses; insights with a chart that switches between measures and a CSV export, and focus by hour; a journal with an editor; settings; and help. How to use: run it as it is to explore with the sample data, which is saved in your browser, then connect your own data, since there is no backend; the sidebar folds into an icon rail, Cmd+K searches jobs, clients and people, and it works on every screen from phone to desktop with a bottom tab bar on phones.
